Good Conduct Cevrons from 1-3 are the same as the Rank Chevrons but will be
worn upside down on the Lower left Sleve.
These can be found in the Arm Rank

Years
Once promoted to the Rank of a Sergeant, the Stripes will be removed
from the Uniform.
